Salicylic acid (BHA) acts through keratolysis: it dissolves the bonds between corneocytes, helping to eliminate dead surface cells and unclog pores. Gluconolactone, a polyhydroxy acid (PHA), completes this exfoliating action with a skin tolerance superior to that of conventional AHAs, making it suitable for sensitive skin. The ceramide (NP, AP, EOP), cholesterol, phytosphingosine and sodium lauroyl lactylate complex helps restore the skin's lipid barrier, limiting insensible water loss. Niacinamide (vitamin B3) helps regulate sebum production, reduce uneven skin tone and reinforce the barrier function. Hydrolyzed hyaluronic acid provides surface hydration, while glycerine plays a humectant role. Gentle surfactants (sodium lauroyl sarcosinate, cocamidopropyl hydroxysultaine) ensure cleansing without destabilizing the hydrolipidic film. This product is particularly suitable for rough, keratotic or mildly acne-prone skin, as well as oily skin looking for daily exfoliating cleansing without a drying effect.
