Niacinamide** acts to even out skin tone and tighten pores by regulating sebum production and inhibiting melanosome transfer. Hydration is ensured by a combination of **sodium hyaluronate** (a hygroscopic agent), **glycerine**, **betaine**, **sodium PCA** and **panthenol**, which maintain water levels in the superficial layers of the epidermis.
