The formula incorporates two active enzymes - a subtilisin (protease) and a lipase - which exert a gentle exfoliating action and facilitate the dissolution of lipid residues from make-up and sebum on the skin surface. Cleansing is ensured by a gentle surfactant system based on coco-glucoside and polyglyceryl-4-caprate, which are not irritating to the skin barrier. Essential oils of chamomile (*Chamomilla recutita*), eucalyptus, hop and clove confer soothing and antimicrobial properties, but may present a sensitizing potential in reactive skin (presence of limonene and eugenol to be declared). This product is mainly suitable for normal to dry skin requiring effective make-up removal with simultaneous care of the cutaneous barrier.
