i enjoyed using this product. i saw effects on my skin but the packaging was a huge disappointment. the pump system broke on the 2 jars i bought. so the only way to use the product was to open it and use a spoon.

I started using this retinol 3 weeks ago and everything has gone really well, no redness, very little tightness, although it's true that I sandwich it in my skincare routine.
