Sodium PCA, a natural moisturizing factor (NMF), helps maintain intracellular hydration. Tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E) and sunflower oil (*Helianthus annuus*) provide antioxidant protection against oxidative stress. Copper PCA (copper combined with pyrrolidone carboxylic acid) plays a cofactor role in collagen and elastin synthesis. Hydrogenated jojoba oil and tridecyl stearate esters give the formula its characteristic occlusive texture. This product is particularly suitable for dry to very dry skin, mature skin showing a loss of density in the periorbital area, and sensitive skin tolerant of rich formulas. It is less suitable for oily or milia-prone skin.
