Retinol and retinal (a vitamin A aldehyde) stimulate cell renewal and collagen synthesis, acting on fine lines and loss of firmness; their effectiveness is enhanced by tetrahydropiperine, a piperine derivative that improves skin penetration of the active ingredients. Niacinamide helps even out skin tone and strengthen the cutaneous barrier. Centella asiatica extract, madecassoside, madecassic acid, asiaticoside and asiatic acid provide soothing properties and support collagen synthesis. Adenosine and acetyl hexapeptide-8 complete the anti-wrinkle action, while sodium hyaluronate, beta-glucan and polyquaternium-51 ensure hydration and maintenance of the moisture film. Glutathione and phloretin play an antioxidant role. This product is suitable for mature skin or skin showing early signs of aging around the eyes, as well as for dull or uneven skin. It is not recommended for skin that is very sensitive or reactive to retinol without prior habituation, and its use should be accompanied by sun protection during the day.
